Confidentiality & Privacy Policy
The law protects the relationship between a client and mental health professional as information cannot be disclosed without written consent.
Exceptions include:

Suspected child abuse, or dependent adult or elder abuse. Professionals

Client threat of bodily harm to another person/s. Professionals must notify the police and inform the intended victim.

Client intend to harm self. Professionals will make every effort to enlist client cooperation to ensure safety. If client is non-cooperative, further measures are to be enacted without client consent, provided by law, in order to ensure client safety.
